A short version of Prickles' (Holly's) video was submitted to the P.A.N.D.O.R.A. video contest and has won the voting for the Fibromyalgia category. "Monkeys with Wings", starring Rik Carlson won the M.E./C.F.S. category.

The winning videos will be aired as Public Service Announcements throughout the U.S.A. and shown at conferences worldwide. We thank P.A.N.D.O.R.A. for the opportunity to help raise awareness and Elfling Productions for producing the film. Please click HERE to view all video contest entries.

If the video does not play for you...
 
 
Please ADD www.diagnosesupport.com to your list of trusted websites in your internet browser and your firewall and then visit our website. FIRST refresh the screen (by clicking the "Refresh" button on your toolbar. The icon is two green arrows). Next, click on the video icon then refresh that screen as well. If that does not work for you please send us a message via the "Contact Us" option at the top of any page on the Diagnose Support website.

In your message, please let us know what exactly happens after doing the above.
- Can you see the video picture icon to click on?
- What happens when you do that?
- Do you see the video box at all?
- Does it keep asking you to refresh the screen?
- Does it ask you to install a program?
- Can you install that program? (It's safe to do so and will not harm your computer).
- If you installed QuickTime viewer before, please update your current installation with the new one.
- After installation, go back to the home page and click "Refresh", then click on the video icon again.
 
If all this does not work for you, please contact us and tell us exactly what type of computer you are working on, what the system software is and what type (and version) of web browser you are using. This information should help us to find the root of the problem so we can help you view the video.
